BYD targets 40,000 European employees by 2030 as sales surge
BYD Executive Vice President Stella Li announced at the Paris Motor Show on 12 October 2026 that the company plans to employ 40,000 people in Europe by 2030 — roughly three times its current headcount of approximately 10,000.
