Transsion begins H-share subscription at up to 44% discount to A-share price
The 'King of African Phones' opened its Hong Kong IPO on 7 October 2026, with subscription running to 12 October, offering 86.6483 million H-shares at HKD 35.30–38.80 each. Eleven cornerstone investors have already committed ~HKD 1.25 billion, covering roughly 39% of the offering.
